Job Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Azure-based systems, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure management.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for effective management, including security aspects such as vulnerability management and patching.
- Implement cost control measures, optimizing memory and CPU usage to maintain or reduce costs.
- Establish and maintain a DevOps pipeline for seamless deployment and delivery processes.
- Take on basic tasks of a Database Administrator (DBA), including database setup and initial configuration.
- Being the point of contact for a small team
Requirements
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or French is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrator or configurator on Azure, specifically in the cloud infrastructure domain.
- Understanding of good management practices, particularly in relation to security and cost control aspects.
- Familiarity or knowledge of SonarQube, Akamai Shield, or similar technologies.
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to perform fundamental DBA tasks, including database setup and initial configuration.
