Engineering Project Manager (Junior/Medior)

You’ll manage hands-on civil and electrical projects with visible impact, on site at a large multinational.

We’re looking for a Junior to Medior Engineering Project Manager who coordinates small to medium-sized technical projects from start to finish. You combine structure, ownership and strong communication with a hands-on, practical approach to civil and electrical work on site.

💼 What you’ll do

• Coordinate small to medium-sized civil and electrical projects from initiation to delivery

• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks and dependencies across the full project lifecycle

• Align with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers on progress, milestones and delivery

• Coordinate execution and hand-over on site, making sure work is delivered safely and to specification

• Keep project documentation up to date

🔍 Who you are

Must-haves

• An engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Chemical)

• Project experience within an engineering or technical environment (non-software)

• Project management experience, including planning, budget, contractors and stakeholders

• Affinity with civil and electrical works, and comfortable being on site most of the week

• A strong communicator: proactive, result-oriented and with a clear eye for detail

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or otherwise regulated environment

• A safety certification such as VCA

• A project management certification (IPMA, PRINCE2 or PMP)

• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
