🎯 YOUR MISSION

• As the IT Project Manager, you spearhead the rollout of the MS 365 and custom-made applications in various countries, driving the project from inception to successful implementation.
• You define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans in a Waterfall environment.
• You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and stakeholders in each country, ensuring a synchronized and efficient deployment.
• Your outstanding communication skills will be put to the test as you navigate cultural differences and varying business requirements, all while keeping everyone aligned towards the project’s goals.
• With your Excel and SharePoint skills you make sure that the progress, reports and process is well documented.

🔍WHO ARE YOU

• Min 4 years of proven record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects, preferably ERP (Microsoft 365) implementations, across international settings.
• Proficient with Excel and SharePoint
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse cultures and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Travelling across the world is not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
