YOUR CHALLENGE
- As an IT Teamleader, you are responsible to coach, advise and mentor an external and offshore team of 15 people.
- Together with the team, you work on the transformation of 2 legacy applications with the goal of simplifying and modernizing them for future architectures
- As IT Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering projects within assigned to your team.
- You manage the project and asset portfolio while keeping the budget, planning and scope under control.
WHO ARE YOU
- First experience as an IT Software Teamleader or Project Manager / Project coordinator / Development Manager / People manager…
- Technical background as Application / Software Developer / Architect is a must
- Experience with Mainframe, Cobol, .NET, or other technologies is a plus
- Personal development, creativity, sense of innovation and willingness to make a change are an extension of your profile
- You are fluent in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch, French or English
