What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing secure software solutions in Java
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and identify software security requirements
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to security standards and best practices
• Refining and clarifying user stories and security requirements with the product team
• Troubleshooting and debugging security issues in existing software applications

Who you are

• An experienced Java Software Engineer with a strong background in application security
• Familiarity with OWASP and SonarQube to ensure application security is a plus
• Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, Jenkins, and CI (Continuous Integration)
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles
• Working experience with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
